In my position as a Merchandise Planner, I build the financial plans for future seasons based on historical sales and current trends. Additionally, my role allows me to think strategically about my business and identify opportunities to maximize sales. It’s my job to ensure that the right product is in the right place at the right time, so that the customer finds exactly what he/she is looking for.

I am given a tremendous amount of responsibility and autonomy at Kohl’s. My career path is defined, so I always have a goal within reach. I am constantly learning, and it is exciting to witness the results, firsthand.

Contributing to a fast-paced work environment motivates me to do my very best, so that both my team, and my customers, benefit from my hard work. There’s a competitive drive within the Kohl’s culture but a friendly and accommodating spirit encompasses it.
