The motto is “work hard, play hard.” That pertains to everyone from the Territory Managers to all of the Associates. As a District Manager at Kohl’s, I enjoy leading eight store managers, 24 Assistant Store Managers and over 800 hourly Associates to meet and exceed the company’s expectations.

When I started my story at Kohl’s, they made it clear that my opinions (and the opinions from the rest of the field) would be valued and acted upon to improve the processes of the company. That, in addition to their work-life balance, made it an opportunity impossible to turn down.

Kohl’s is committed to developing my professional goals as a leader. It seems like there is always a chance to achieve something more, which I love.

Retail is such a fast-paced, challenging business, but at Kohl’s there is such a focus on the people aspect of the business. And nothing compares to my team. We thrive on collaboration and passion for growth and improvement. We share our wins with the rest of the region to assure continued success. And we have fun while doing so. Our team is comprised of experts who help drive change and provide feedback to make processes the best they can be. It’s amazing the accomplishments that are realized when everyone contributes 100%.
