As an Area Supervisor, I play a vital role in overall customer satisfaction. I make sure that all departments are set up according to standards, so that they are pleasant places for our customers to shop. Essentially, when they are happy, we are happy.

I decided to start my story at Kohl’s because I could climb up the corporate ladder quickly if my efforts proved so. Professional growth and advancement are pretty important to me. So it’s great to know that my hard work and skills will pay off, in a big way.

What’s it like to work at one of the nation’s fastest-growing retailers? Simply put, it’s family oriented, customer friendly and driven by fun. And it’s a bonus to work in an environment with individuals who, like myself, are hard-working, caring and teamwork-focused.

My work matters at Kohl’s because it has an immediate impact on how customers feel about not only our Associates, but our store as well.

And it doesn’t hurt that my job is in one of the country’s most fun and exciting cities. Milwaukee truly has it all. You can’t beat the movies, festivals and the food.
