mydevelopment encompasses more than just an online learning catalog. Since its inception, June 27, 2007, the mydevelopment team has created new learning opportunities for every Associate at Kohl’s. Lead-Off is the biggest training initiative launched, creating a consistent, standardized onboarding program for over 100,000 Kohl’s Associates. Lead-Off is a six-month experience that is applicable to every Associate and guides them through their initial development at Kohl’s.
mydevelopment has been the one-stop place for organization-wide learning, but also offers individualized, department-specific training. We have partnered with Information Services, Merchants, Credit, Marketing/Advertising, Distribution Centers, and the Stores to create unique, department and position-specific learning so that mydevelopment truly is the place that every Associate goes for their learning and development regardless of job, tenure or career goals.
