Store Management Trainee

Our Store Management Trainee program is rapidly growing, providing over 250 graduates a year the opportunity to experience key areas of store management, such as in-store merchandising, sales projections, store operations, scheduling, payroll, hiring and human resources. Upon successful completion of this 12-week training program, you will be placed as Assistant Store Manager, where you'll be running your own multi-million dollar business within an area of the store.

Corporate New Executives

We offer college seniors various executive positions at our corporate headquarters in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The Merchandise Analyst Trainee program is the largest entry level position at the Corporate Office. As a Merchandise Analyst Trainee, you will work daily with our buyers, financial planners and vendors to learn the foundation of skills necessary to launch a career in the Buying office. At the end of this 12-week training program, you will be placed as a Merchandise Analyst and be empowered to impact the product assortment at every Kohl's store throughout the country.
