Looking for great people like you.
Kohl’s Human Resources team works diligently to build the futures of our Associates in our stores, distribution centers, corporate headquarters and New York Office of Design. HR’s goal is to build Kohl’s business through its most valuable resource — its people.
It all starts with recruiting. HR pours over the countless resumes that fly into our headquarters, and Kohl’s college recruiters acquaint college students with Kohl’s career and internship opportunities. Kohl’s recruiters are the Associates who contact applicants, interview them and facilitate the connection between Kohl's and new Associates.
Key to these connections are the HR compensation experts. These market-minded folks make sure Kohl’s is offering competitive wages nationwide. In fact, these Associates are some of the busiest in the building: with our rapid growth, they’re constantly evaluating brand-new markets to help Kohl’s open new stores, in new cities, staffed with the best new Associates.
The training aspect of HR follows, with HR ensuring new Associates obtain the skills and knowledge they need to do their jobs and build their futures here at Kohl’s. This includes everything from career development to administering computer-based training helping to keep Kohl's practices consistent nationwide.
