Besides great name brands at a great value, Kohl’s also offers a convenient shopping experience, made possible by our Store Administration Associates, who work hard to make sure our stores are properly stocked, merchandised, staffed and serviced.

How? They keep a careful eye on our products, watching inventory levels and customer shopping patterns to make sure our shelves are fully stocked and our stores are easy to shop. They also hire and train our Associates with a focus on providing our customers with a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience.

Corporately, Kohl’s Associates in the Office of Store Administration partner with the stores to provide convenience to our customers, including:

• Managing store payroll
• Ensuring great Kohl’s customer service
• Facilitating communication between corporate headquarters and the stores
• Administering the Kohl’s new-store process
• Developing and implementing improved store systems
